Each coaching call is a personalized video session focused on you. We’ll review your training footage together, fine-tune technique, and evaluate your progress using real metrics. These meetings are your chance to ask questions, get direct feedback, and stay laser-focused on what matters: making real, consistent progress.

Personalized Training Program

Your plan is fully customized. It’s built around your goals, experience, recovery, and equipment access. Whether you're focused on strength, size, or injury recovery, the program adapts every 4 weeks with intentional progressions, smart deloading, and high-intensity bodybuilding work. Tailored, focused, and built to deliver.

Technique and Form Breakdown

Proper execution is everything — and that’s exactly what we dial in here. I’ll break down your lifts in detail using your training videos, focusing on bar path, joint positioning, bracing, tempo, and setup. You’ll get clear, actionable feedback every time so you can lift heavier, safer, and more efficiently. This isn’t surface-level advice — it’s deep technical coaching built on years of experience.

Nutrition and Supplement Coaching

Whether your goal is to get stronger, build serious size, or reshape your physique, your nutrition and supplementation need to match the intensity of your training. I’ll give you clear, individualized guidance on calories, macros, and meal timing — all tailored to your goals and lifestyle. On the supplement side, you’ll get honest coaching on everything from foundational support to more advanced options — just smart strategies to fuel growth, performance, and long-term results.

Injury Prevention and Rehab Guidance

Staying in the game means staying healthy — and that requires more than just pushing through pain. I’ll help you identify weak links, manage chronic issues, and adjust your training to reduce joint stress while keeping intensity high. Whether you're dealing with tendon flare-ups, mobility limitations, or past injuries, we’ll use smart programming, exercise substitutions, tempo control, and recovery strategies to keep you training hard and progressing. The goal isn’t just to fix injuries — it’s to bulletproof you moving forward.

Coaching Options & Pricing

I keep it simple with two clear options built around how much hands-on support you want. Option 1 is $160/month and includes two one-on-one video calls per month along with everything you need: custom programming, technique breakdowns, nutrition/supplement coaching, and injury guidance. Option 2 is $240/month and gives you four calls per month for more accountability, faster adjustments, and deeper support. Both options include full access to my coaching systems — choose the level of contact that fits your goals and schedule.
